We just hosted a party here for 50 guests. The event couldn't have been better!!! The staff was very friendly and playful, the food was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was great! I'll be hosting future events here again!!

Definitely a great spot to get excellent Chinese food. One of the top places on SI.

I went there for a party. The food was good and the portions was large, we were served family style. One complaint, they charged my friend full price for two kids who ate nothing. So if you are having a party get the kids for free in writing.

I have been getting take out for many years. The food has been going downhill for the last few years. I keep going back hoping it will get better but always disappointed. Goodbye Oriental Plaza

Great restaurant ambiance, customer service was excellent. Not the most kid friendly restaurant - no kid meal choices. However, the food here was excellent. Ample parking at the rear. We enjoyed our meal

Owner came over said hello. We never looked at menu, told him what we were in the mood for and very nice assortment of sushi/ salad and Chinese food was brought to our group. Recommend!

Just had my son's Baptism there. The food was wonderful, the staff was amazing. The owner was so kind, not only did he let us come earlier than expected, they had already set everything up! They were just all around wonderful. They were also amazingly priced and will work with you. Highly recommended.

Fast with making the food. Already a good start. Some dishes were the best, some need to be improved. But at the overall experience of visiting Oriental Plaza it is a place I can recommended and a restaurant I will order form again.

The food was excellent. Adequate parking.

Food was good, went New Years Day was told it was a 1/2 hour wait which turned in an hour and turned into another half hour. In all it was a 2 hour wait, if we would of known that we would of never waited all that time. When we finally were seated the waiters made the night. Very attentive to our needs & had fun. Lesson learned need reservations on holidays.

Very nice restaurant with both Chinese and Japanese options. Large room and also an Upstairs. Service is prompt and the food and drinks came out excellent. Definitely will go back again with my girl.

Me and my family started coming here every New Year’s Day. It’s somehow become a tradition now. Anyway the food is incredible and the portions are more than enough. Highly recommended , best Chinese food on Staten Island.

My review is this restaurant is do not order or eat here they should be closed down. they are nasty and inside is filthy my rating for the dirty restaurant is a negative 10

Good value tasty food modern and comfortable decor / atmosphere. One of my go to faves.

Great Chinese Food.Fried dumplings and spare ribs to start.Get the beef negimaki (ask for it well done).Grand Marnier Shrimp combined with the sesame chicken or honey walnut chicken is a best bet.

Very traditional Chinese style restaurant, great food, delicious drinks ,staff was very attentive and looked after all our needs they have a large parking lot great experience

I have been here a few times .. Food usually comes out quick and is pretty good my wife enjoyed everyone of her dinners here. I have recently went to a private party here and I must say not sure if it was because of the amount of food. It just didn’t sit well with me so I’ll just stick to small dinners here ..

Great Food and also provided everything that I would need to eat while staying in a hotel. Many restaurants don't provide utensils and plates. This place knocked it out of park with more than I needed. Thank you

Had lunch there today with my mom and it was wonderful. Food was nice and hot and service was perfect. We will go there again.

Food is decent. The waiters are always in a rush. They remove things off your table before you're even done. And they don't even ask.

Very nice place. Wouldve got 5 stars if they had open bar. Drinks were over priced.

Attended a birthday party here and the food was horrible. It tasted as if it was prepared a day before. At one point the women's bathroom overflowed and the person attending to it was picking out the toilet paper from the toilet with a pair of serving tongs.

I've been a customer for many years. The food is always amazing, the owner and staff become family. Always a pleasure eating here, picking up, or having it delivered. My personal favorite is the seafood dumplings. You can not find them anywhere else. AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I was in the mood for spare ribs I ordered the combination BBQ spare ribs with chicken rice soup, pork fried rice, and egg roll. Everything as usual was delish, but the spare ribs....PHENOMENAL I love my ribs basically burnt, and I asked them to make them charred black. It tasted like they came from an actual BBQ joint. The meat literally fell off the bone. I have had BBQ spare ribs from ALOT of places Either they have been too much of that white gristle bone, or they were drowned in that.pink sauce, or they were never burnt enough, or they were not meaty enough, etc etc.but these had to be the BEST ones I have ever tasted I will be dreaming about these ribs 😊

According to the reviews, this restaurant is good but today, Mother's Day, it was a unmitigated disaster. Even with reservations to anticipate the crowd they could not handle the day. The wait staff was advising what dishes to order because it would take too long.The restaurant didn't have enough menus for our table. Our food was brought out cool and our entrees were served at different times, a 45" difference from the first entree to the last. Before we asked for the bill they were requesting to borrow a chair for another table. To top off our dinner, the wait staff cleared off our table completely after several request for the bill.The management should be ashamed and this was an unacceptable experience.

Oriental Plaza is probably the best Chinese food restaurant on Staten Island. The place was clean the service was really good food was delicious. 2 years ago I had an 80th surprise party there they were excellent for parties also

Food always fresh, and awesome people in there like John, Simon, Ray...Feel sad because of the pandemic. they only have delivery and take away now, I cant wait they reopen for public, miss that bar lounge so bad.

Ribs were really good and priced fairly.The chicken dumplings with spicy sesame sauce were pretty bland.Ordered the crispy duck entree, and out came the weirdest duck dish I've ever seen.The duck was heavily breaded in panko breadcrumbs, and it was cooked until the duck was completely dried out.There are very few duck dishes I would choose to skip, but sadly, this is one I cannot recommend.
